The mLogica Remote Performance Management Service (rpm™ Service) is an Enterprise Database Managed Services program with extensive capabilities to monitor existing database and systems issues, as well as to perform predictive analysis on monitored systems.

By taking advantage of the features inherent in our performance management solution, we establish remote alerting, add ourselves to the alert lists, and follow up with you according to our established service level agreement.  This arrangement can range from simply alerting your team via email to an issue or potential issue, to taking the reins and directly enacting corrective measures.

mLogica provides multiple delivery models for managed services. Many of these models are ‘hybrids’, customized specifically for our customers’ requirements and SLAs.

Remote Database and Systems Managed Services – rpm™ Service – a subscription based service that provides customers with database and systems infrastructure management on a 24*7*365 basis.  This includes the following environments:

Managed Services for Analytics – Emerging solution and industry specific appliance models address the need to provide support for cloud computing and cross analytics on both structured and unstructured data. This results in Analytics on Demand as a force in this emerging market. Managed Services for Analytics combines mLogica’s core strengths of enterprise data management, business intelligence and managed services.
