Our Global Delivery Model is a mixture of resources at onshore and offshore technology centers, to best handle ‘round-the-clock’ aspects of software, database and systems support.

Our primary technology center is located in Anaheim, California. We have added additional ISO 9001 Certified technology centers in Pune, one of India’s premier technological hubs and a place of confluence for many national and international IT firms; in Malaysia, whose economy is moving towards a technology-driven and high-tech production-based pattern of development, and the UK, which has provided technology research, from the perspective of business.
The day-to-day project management of all of our projects is performed by our US based project managers, who interact constantly between our clients and the technical project management team in our technology centers. This in turn ensures that our clients have continuous and updated information about the status of their project. This makes for a very smooth business process for our clients, and provides substantial cost and performance benefits.
With mLogica’s corporate office in California acting as a communications hub, any client can reach our project personnel via telephone, e-mail or fax. In addition, teleconferencing / video conferencing with the project team can be facilitated using dedicated choice “hotlines” between the US hub and our development centers.
Our technology centers are staffed with highly skilled and experienced professionals in performance management, client management, engineering, architecture, and systems integration. Our professionals in the 24*7*365 centers are responsible for continuous monitoring and management of the state of clients’ operations.
