Job Description: mLogica Computech India Pvt Ltd, (www.mlogicacomputech.com) is seeking a Application Project Manager with 7+ years experience with expertise in managing all phases of systems development from concept through implementation and maintenance. Overall responsibility for structuring a project, performing the detailed planning, and managing project execution and completion of moderate or large projects. Manages the development of the technical strategy. |
Responsibilities:
- Develop high level and detailed requirements, specify functionality, assist in testing, and support innovative changes for new products and services.
- From project design to implementation, ensure effective all around IT service delivery.
- Manage project teams.
- Identify best practices and assist in documenting and creating corporate policy and procedure.
- Analyze systems and human resource capacity, confer with and advise management on the appropriate/optimum allocation of systems and personnel to achieve maximum efficiencies.

Requirements:
- Ability to identify and evaluate several alternative solutions and help the team arrive at the best functional requirement set to meet the business need.
- Proven Program Management/ Project Management skills.
- Proficiency with Object-Oriented Design Methodology.
- Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills with a customer service orientation.
- Experience managing technical and functional resources.
