Job Description: mLogica, Inc., (www.mlogica.com) is seeking a IT Specialist with 1-3 years experience in technical support and assistance to end-users, staff and management. Specific on-the-job training related to the position will be provided. |
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, staff and management.
- Confer with users and management and devise systems related modifications.
- Answer user enquiries.
- Monitor overall functioning of Computer Systems.
- Maintaining records related to Computer systems such as daily data activities, problems and correctional measures taken.
- Network monitoring, databases. Install Sybase/ Oracle software on the server according to specifications.
- Upgrade tools and software, Upgrade and replace CPU, Hard Drive, Implement and support the infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot problems and provide innovative solutions.
- Minor repairs, Report Systems' malfunctioning and products' defects to vendors.
- Ensure that all network configurations are properly backed up, Perform periodic audits of systems.

Requirements:
- Associate degree in Science/ Lib Arts/ Comp. Sc./ IT or Foreign Equivalent and 2 years of experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent team player.
