Job Description: mLogica, Inc., (www.mlogica.com) is seeking a Lead Architect with 3-5 years experience of Software Design/development, Project Planning, Estimating, scheduling and Management in IT consulting/software development industry. The individual will be supporting Head of Technology with client dealings, requirements analysis, proposals writing, RFP responses, high level application and database design and then work with Software Development Center in India to ensure the application is built to the specification. |
Responsibilities:
- Requirement analysis, proposal writing and RFP responses.
- Design, develop, test and maintain the product and deliver high quality deliverables.
- Coordinate with SDC in India to ensure that release schedules are met.
- Enable and lead the design and component architecture initiatives.
- Manage all phases of product development lifecycle, including requirements definition, specifications, development, testing, and user acceptance and testing.
- Track projects and deliverables and serve as primary contact for designated projects.
- Propose, present and defend architectures, critically analyze to improve existing architectures and review code.

Requirements:
- Experience on large enterprise systems development/integration.
- Ability to work with project and business constraints.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication.
- Willingness to learn and venture into newer, different technologies.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Proven track record in doing multiple architectures and designs.
- Experience of managing technical teams.
- Awareness of software processes like CMM.
