Vice President, Strategic Alliances and Marketing
As mLogica’s vice president of Strategic Alliances and Marketing, Michael is responsible for all aspects of mLogica partnerships, including go-to-market strategy, marketing and sales operations, with the dedicated goal of making our partners more successful.
Not only does mLogica provide database conversion and migration services that enable customers to easily convert their existing legacy on-premise enterprise database applications to leverage modern cloud-based platforms, we also offer ongoing database support and managed services.
Michael came to mLogica from SAP Americas where, as part of SAP’s Co-Innovation and Enterprise Platform group, he had responsibility for executing product go-to-market strategy for SAP’s Hana Platform for the largest and most strategic SAP opportunities across North America, Latin America and the Caribbean. He also focused on expanding SAP’s HANA Platform footprint in the Capital Markets segment of Financial Services, many of which involved extending HANA into web-scale environments, Lambda & Kappa architectures, and incubating emerging use cases for HANA Platform.
Michael has over thirty years of industry experience in the architectural design of real-time, in-memory, database management platforms. He came to SAP with their acquisition of Sybase, where he led a Sybase team to develop and implement a new high-performance database platform that delivered the speed necessary to achieve real-time capture and analysis of market data streams, enabling better trading and portfolio decisions with lower market risk.
